Verre résistant à la chaleur. Différence de température maximale : 120 °C / 248 °F. Compatible micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Utiliser uniquement aux fins prévues. Ne pas surchauffer au micro-ondes ni chauffer sans eau. Laver avec précaution. Ne pas utiliser de nettoyants abrasifs ni de laine d'acier. Un changement brusque de température peut briser ou faire éclater le produit. Lorsque le verre est chaud, n'y versez pas de liquides froids et ne le placez pas sur un chiffon ou une surface humide. Soyez prudent lorsque vous buvez des boissons chaudes. Même si la surface de la tasse est froide, la boisson peut encore être chaude. N'ajoutez pas de glace avec force car elle pourrait briser le verre de l'intérieur. La taille et la forme du produit varient d'un article à l'autre en raison du processus de fabrication.
