Madera natural (acabado con cera de abejas). Fabricado en Japón. No apto para lavavajillas. No sumergir en agua. No exponer el producto a altas temperaturas, como cerca del fuego o en agua hirviendo, ya que podría deformarse o decolorarse. Lavar con cuidado. No usar limpiadores abrasivos ni estropajos metálicos. Secar el agua inmediatamente después del lavado. Evitar la luz solar directa; secar bien después del uso y almacenar en un lugar seco. Al ser artesanales, pueden presentar ligeras diferencias. El color y la veta de la madera natural varían en cada pieza. Si nota asperezas en la superficie de los palillos, puede restaurar su textura original aplicando aceite seco como aceite de camelia o de linaza.
