Produktgröße und -form variieren aufgrund des Herstellungsprozesses von Stück zu Stück. Das Erscheinungsbild von Farbglasurunregelmäßigkeiten variiert von Stück zu Stück. Einige Produkte können eine verbrannt anmutende Oberflächentextur aufweisen. Es handelt sich um einen einzigartigen Glasureffekt namens „yo-hen“, eine unbeabsichtigte Farbveränderung, die nach dem Brennen auf Keramik und Porzellan sichtbar wird.
